meet Peri:

Mother of two, wife, Personal Trainer, Female empowerment advocate, brain tumor survivor and occasional competitive powerlifter.

Peri Fit creator: I founded Peri Fit to help empower all persons  find what works for their lifestyle and what inspires them. A "21 day fix", "detox tea" or other short-term "nutrition" plan is not going to balance anyone's lifestyle. There is no fad diet that will make you feel amazing, there is no one training  program that will make you feel your best - there is YOU. I tailor your fitness and nutrition program to make you the best it can be.
